

Fairy Cake Flowers
Decorate your own fairy cake using these tiny flowers. It's easy to deviate from these simple patterns to
a preferred size by increasing or decreasing the chains. Each petal can also serve as a single leaf.
Flower #1
Form an adjustable ring, (ch 5, sl st, sc , hdc, sc, sl st in ring) 5x, stamen: ch 2, sc, sl st in ring.
Flower #2
Form an adjustable ring, (ch 7, sl st, sc , hdc, dc, hdc, sc, sl st in ring) 5x.
Flower #3
Ch 6, 3 hdc in each ch across.
Flower #4
Ch 5, 1 sc in each of first 2 ch, 3 sc in each remaining.
Flower #5
Form an adjustable ring, (ch 4, sl st in last ch, sl st in ac) 5x.
Flower #6
Form an adjustable ring,
(ch 3, sc in 2nd ch, hdc in last, sl st in ac) 6x.
The 6th is the center.
Flower #7
Form an adjustable ring, (ch 2, sl st in ac) 5x.
or (ch 3, sl st in ac) 5x.
Flower #8
Form an adjustable ring, 5 sc in ring. Sl st to join. 'Cup' to make a defined form. Use dc to add height.
Flower #9
Form an adjustable ring, (ch 4, sl st, sc, hdc) 5x, stamen: ch 2, sc, sl st in ring.
Flower #10
Ch 4, (4 sc, 4 sc, 3 sc) across.
Loose Petal
Form an adjustable ring, ch 2. Make 6 dc in ring.
Marzipan Flower
With light pink, form an adjustable ring.
Rnd 1: ch 3, 6 dc in ring, join. Change to
dark pink.
Rnd 2: Using a smaller needle, ch 1, sc around.
